This is a great book for any beginner in the field of ergonomics. It explains theories pretty clearly, and gives the reader a pretty clear picture of what the Ergonomic field is all about. The only issue I had was the seemingly repetitive information. I could not tell if this was just to get their point across, or if this was just the work of an editor who overlooked it.
The author uses examples that make the subject easy to conceptualize and implement ergonomically designed systems from furnishings to technologies at work and around the house.
