If you are preparing for your residency exams or you are already in your clinical practice as gynecology and obstetrics resident, you have to buy this book! It's very complete, although it's not a big textbook like Williams, you can find the information quickly and this is perfect for the specific residency exams. I recommend u buy it. The best was I got this book for $50.00 less than in my country. The delivery was fast and the condition of the book was excellent.
Any Lange review text is an excellent investment, and this one on OB/GYN is another example. The authors are recognized authorities and the content is updated frequently. Look in this volume to find the answers to any of your questions and you will read concise and current practice.

Out of regular practice for a few years I wanted to re-familiarize myself, or learn, current techniques. Very well written, current, based on scientific information, I recommend it to new and old practitioners.
I'm in NP school and frequently use this text not only to study from but to also reference when I'm in clinical. It's much more user friendly than some of my other women's health required texts. I like the organization of the material as well
Got this for my FNP program. If I was a women's health focus it would come in handy. It breaks diagnoses down and makes them easy to understand and learn.
There are better books that offer better clinical. It does not provide differential diagnosis, s/s, and in-depth treatment options. Look elsewhere
